Crowded orbits produce more warnings than teams can fairly judge by hand. The job is to turn changing, incomplete observations into a response that still respects fuel, mission limits, and the need for a paper trail.

We combine collision-risk modeling, TLE-based data intake, and explicit decision steps. The system can run autonomously; a person still approves the move.
